Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Umba Matumba (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gordan Crocop (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Umba Matumba!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, George Francis and Alan Glass.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Matumba throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Crocop fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Matumba avoids it really well and circles away.
Crocop shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Matumba but Matumba pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Crocop changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Matumba tries to avoid it but Crocop manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Matumba to the ground. Matumba escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Umba Matumba has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Gordan Crocop.
Crocop fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Crocop is defended easily by Matumba.
Crocop avoids a punch combination nicely.
Matumba throws a combination. Crocop tries to block but a couple of punches get through.

It looks like Gordan Crocop has been cut.
Crocop is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Crocop shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Matumba pinned against the cage. Matumba gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Matumba comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Matumba steps into range and unloads a brutal right left combo! Crocop is out on his feet! Matumba sets himself and nearly takes Crocop's head off with a straight right, sending him crashing to the mat! Wow, that was nasty... but awesome! Wooo!
