The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lyle slips under a jab from Yamasaki.
Lyle scores with a kick to the body.
Lyle moves out of range of the strikes.
Lyle drops his hands momentarily and Yamasaki takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Lyle looks to land a combination but Yamasaki avoids it well.
A big right from Yamasaki misses.
Yamasaki looks to land a right hand but Lyle moved out of range.
Yamasaki takes a head kick and shrugs it off.

It looks like Inoki Yamasaki has been cut.
Yamasaki throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Lyle sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Lyle throws a wild body kick that Yamasaki sees coming a mile off.
Lyle looks to land a left hand but Yamasaki moved out of range nicely.
Yamasaki throws an overhand right that lands on Lyle's shoulder, as Lyle tries to avoid the shot.
Lyle dodges the punch combination from Yamasaki.
Yamasaki slips a straight right by Lyle.

A slow jab from Yamasaki misses its intended target.
No joy there for Yamasaki, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Lyle throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Lyle avoids a punch combination nicely.
Yamasaki throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Lyle.
Lyle pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Lyle throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Yamasaki misses the shot to the body.
Yamasaki missing with a left hand there. Lyle was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
A head kick from Lyle lands but Yamasaki takes it in his stride.
Lyle looks to land a body kick but Yamasaki moved away.
Yamasaki misses with a looping left.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Lyle slips a jab from Yamasaki.
Yamasaki looks to throw the jab but Lyle is out of range.
Yamasaki cracks Lyle with a right hand to the side of the head.
Yamasaki is really struggling to find his range with his punches. Lyle's reach advantage is clearly causing him problems.
Lyle tries a head kick but it misses.
Yamasaki falls off balance throwing a combination
and Lyle finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.
Lyle throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
A good leg kick by Lyle.
Yamasaki is breathing heavily.
A slapping body kick lands there for Lyle.
Yamasaki is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
Yamasaki takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Lyle thumps Yamasaki with a low kick.
Yamasaki takes a head kick and keeps coming.
A nice inside leg kick there by Lyle. That's going to slow Yamasaki down.

Lyle lands a brutal head kick. Yamasaki looks out on his feet and Lyle throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!
