Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Heikki Hiirulainen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ding Dong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Heikki Hiirulainen has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Arvi Lind.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dong ducks under a wild hook from Hiirulainen.
Dong keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Dong looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Dong not landing any meaningful shots this time.

Dong is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
It looks like Dong is going to stand back up.
Hiirulainen is trying to control but can't.

Dong decides to stand up.
Hiirulainen throws a nice looking combination but Dong bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Hiirulainen blocks a head kick by Dong.
Hiirulainen walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Dong checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.

Dong feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Dong throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Hiirulainen works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Dong tries to stand but Hiirulainen is controlling from the bottom.
Dong trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Dong passes into half guard.
Dong looks gassed!
Hiirulainen is trying is best to control the position here.
Dong seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Dong is looking to advance position but Hiirulainen won't allow it.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Dong throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Dong is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Hiirulainen trying to control from the bottom.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
It looks like Dong is going to stand back up.

Dong is trying to work for a kimura. He's got his hands clasped together - this could be trouble! No, Hiirulainen has managed to free his arm - good work.

Dong is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

Dong is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Dong moves nicely into side control.

Dong is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Hiirulainen knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Hiirulainen is not content to let Dong control the position.

Dong decides to stand back up. Dong steps back and let's Hiirulainen get back to his feet.
Donk. Hiirulainen catches Dong right on the button with a cross.
Hiirulainen throws a nice head kick!
Dong fails to land with a series of punches.
Hiirulainen drops Dong with a right and a left! Hiirulainen comes rushing in but Dong regains his composure and manages to keep Hiirulainen in guard.

Dong is rocked!

It looks like Ding Dong has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage!
Dong keeping moving, preventing Hiirulainen from controlling successfully.
Hiirulainen won't allow Dong to sweep him here.
Hiirulainen has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Dong lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Hiirulainen!
Dong lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Dong seems to be looking to move to his opponent's back but Hiirulainen is holding on tight.

Dong looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
Hiirulainen wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Dong.
Hiirulainen knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Dong on the ground.

Dong is standing up, even though he is in mount.
Hiirulainen doesn't manage to clinch there - Dong circles away.
Hiirulainen has his takedown stuffed

and Dong counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Hiirulainen!
Dong trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Hiirulainen tries to hold on but Dong postures up.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Dong stands up from the dominant position, so we're back on the feet.
Dong throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Ding Dong dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Ding Dong's cut.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Hiirulainen tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Hiirulainen misses with a low kick.
Hiirulainen throws a head kick that misses.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Dong.
Dong working away.
Dong working the body and head with strikes.

Dong has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Hiirulainen is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Dong yanks on the arm and Hiirulainen is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Dong.
