Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Peyote Pete (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Po Panda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Pete throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Panda was covering up waiting for the punch and Pete finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Pete pushing down on Panda's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.
Panda pushes Pete off looking to stand but Pete dives back in and keeps control.

Panda looks like he's trying to stand up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Pete connects with a nice short shot to Panda's temple.

Pete lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.

Pete in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Panda tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Pete!
