Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gamba Mugabe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Porsche Carrera (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mugabe tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Carrera paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Gamba Mugabe seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Mugabe shoots in looking for a takedown. Carrera tries to sprawl out of it but Mugabe keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Carrera manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Mugabe wants to clinch up but Carrera keeps it at a distance.
Mugabe is really struggling to find his range with his punches. Carrera's reach advantage is clearly causing him problems.

Horrible takedown by Mugabe or perhaps it was just good defense by Carrera which made him look bad.

Porsche Carrera is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Mugabe is defended easily by Carrera.

Carrera rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Mugabe moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Mugabe is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Mugabe, as that shot connected.
Carrera throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Mugabe.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Mugabe throws a lazy right hand but Carrera sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Mugabe fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Carrera keeps the fight on the outside.
Carrera defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Mugabe.
Mugabe misses with a hook.

Mugabe connects with a crisp jab.
Mugabe throws out a leg kick but Carrera moves out of range and Mugabe only half commits.

Mugabe lands with a hook. Carrera tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

Mugabe shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Mugabe was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Mugabe tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Carrera manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Carrera slips under a jab from Mugabe.
Carrera uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Mugabe.
Carrera keeps the fight on the outside.
A big left from Mugabe misses.
Carrera lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

and Carrera counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Mugabe misses the body punch
and Carrera scores with a counter punch that sends Mugabe to the canvas! Carrera smells blood - he's punishing Mugabe with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Mugabe has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
