The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson scores with a jab. Lee acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Jackson throws a hook but Lee blocks it.
Jackson's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Jackson duly obliges.

It looks like Michael Lee has been cut.
Jackson throws a lazy uppercut
and Lee counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Jackson misses with an uppercut.
Lee moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

Lee shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Jackson manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Lee tries to free his leg and advance position but Jackson is retaining full guard.

Lee stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Jackson swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Lee sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Jackson's guard.

Lee creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Jackson sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.

Lee is trying to get an arm triangle but Jackson is defending well.

Jackson seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Lee does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Jackson escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Lee gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Lee loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Lee throws and elbow that misses. Jackson uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Lee's guard. Nice move by Jackson!

Lee escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Jackson gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Jackson stuffs the takedown attempt from Lee. Lee gets slowly back to his feet.
Lee ducks under a wild hook from Jackson.
A telegraphed right hand from Jackson misses the target.
Jackson jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Jackson throws a lazy right hand but Lee sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Jackson scores with a jab.

Lee scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Lee misses with an attempted head punch from side control.
Jackson tries to buck Lee off but Lee is having none of it.
Lee tries to advance position but instead Jackson slips a leg back in to half guard.
Lee passes the guard and advances to mount!
Jackson can't escape the position.

Jackson is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

Jackson wants to control but Lee is having none of it.
Lee lands a heavy elbow.
Lee fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

Lee goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Jackson turns into him and now he's in Lee's guard.

Jackson is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Lee defends it well.

Jackson is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Lee is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
