The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lare throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Monsterson.
Monsterson throws out a leg kick but Lare moves out of range and Monsterson only half commits.
Lare throws a hook but Monsterson avoids it easily.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Lare.
Lare lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Monsterson uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Lare.
Lare throws a right hand that Monsterson ducks under and follows up with a left that Monsterson also avoids with ease.
Monsterson ducks under a wild hook from Lare.
Monsterson takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Lare is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Monsterson.
Monsterson staying out of range there.
Lare fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Monsterson on the side of the head.
Lare throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Monsterson keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Lare misses with a wild body shot.
Lare throws out a loose jab but Monsterson uses good head movement to avoid it.
Monsterson stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Monsterson wants it to stay on the feet.
A telegraphed right hand from Lare misses the target.

Lare misses the jab.
Lare missing with a left hand there. Monsterson was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

Oooooh!!! Lare has knocked Monsterson down with a huge combo! Lare steps away and waves a wobbly Monsterson back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Lare looks to land a right hand but Monsterson moved out of range.
Monsterson seems to have recovered his senses.
Lare is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
Monsterson gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Lare gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Monsterson is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
