Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Andy Happy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hitoshi Uoya (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Uoya is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Einsamer Hirte. Hitoshi Uoya has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Ren Mimura and Taro Takaoka.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Uoya displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
Uoya throws a right and a left that both miss.
Happy throws a big shot that misses.
Happy lands with an overhand left.
No joy there for Uoya, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
The fight stays on the outside here - Happy looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Happy throws a head kick that misses.
Uoya avoids the head kick by Happy.
Uoya moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Uoya scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Happy is looking to land body kicks.
Happy dodges the punch combination from Uoya.
A left and a right from Uoya both land. Nice combination.
Happy cracks the inside of Uoya's front leg.
Uoya lands with a nice combination. Happy backs away looking to recover.

Happy is looking to slow Uoya down with leg kicks.
Uoya throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Uoya will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Happy dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Uoya. That did some damage!
Happy is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Hitoshi Uoya seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Uoya throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.

Happy is rocked!
Happy tries to clinch but Uoya moves out of range.
Oh Happy is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Happy throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Uoya lands a brutal uppercut that launches Happy off his feet! Happy tumbles to the floor, barely conscious - the referee jumps in to save him from a beating! Wow, what an ending!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Hitoshi Uoya!
