Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Paul Kersey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ace Surprise (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Surprise has chosen Remember my NAME! as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Ace Surprise!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Daniel Bishop and James Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Surprise misses with a hook. Kersey ducked under it nicely.

Surprise bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Kersey's guard.

Kersey is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Surprise is aware though and is defending well.

Kersey has his foot on Surprise's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Surprise works his way back into a safe position though.
Kersey can't keep his opponent in guard - Surprise advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

Surprise looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

That's time! Kersey's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.


Surprise lands with a nice combination. Kersey backs away looking to recover.
Kersey tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Surprise was well out of range. Poor timing from Kersey.
Ace Surprise seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Surprise pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Kersey back to the ropes. Surprise follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

Surprise closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Surprise unloads with some vicious shots from mount and Kersey wants out - he looks towards the referee who steps in to save him! Surprise celebrates on the ropes and the crowd goes wild!
