Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Arsen Ecxaem (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Max Brooks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Max Brooks told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ecxaem shoots in but no luck this time.
Ecxaem blocks a head kick by Brooks.
Ecxaem fails with the takedown.
Ecxaem ducks right into an uppercut from Brooks.
Ecxaem shoots in and drives through. Brooks sprawls well.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Arsen Ecxaem. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Brooks lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Brooks closes the distance and pushes Ecxaem back into the cage.
Brooks lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.

Brooks fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.

Brooks lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Brooks fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Ecxaem on the side of the head.

Brooks closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Brooks presses Ecxaem against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.

Nice body punch from Brooks - that landed with a thud.
Brooks gets underhooks to prevent Ecxaem's takedown attempt.
An uppercut to the body lands inside from Brooks.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Brooks creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Brooks throws a big uppercut that drops Ecxaem! More strikes from Brooks and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Ecxaem lies dazed against the cage as Brooks celebrates with his cornermen!
