The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gapuz moves in looking to clinch but Young pushes him off.
Nice sprawl there from Young as Gapuz shoots in.
Young drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Young is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Gapuz is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Gapuz is looking to reverse the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Gapuz is working to avoid the ground and pound but Young connects with a decent elbow.
Young has hold of Gapuz's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Gapuz seems comfortable defending it but Young has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Gapuz is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Gapuz is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Young couldn't care less - he's delighted!
