The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Koiranaama throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Koiranaama throws the left hand but Tohveli avoids the punch easily.
Koiranaama defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Tohveli.
Tohveli uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Koiranaama.
Tohveli lands a nice leg kick that just misses Koiranaama's sensitive parts.
Tohveli uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Koiranaama.
Koiranaama takes a swing at Tohveli's ribcage but misses.
Tohveli changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Koiranaama tries to avoid it but Tohveli manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Koiranaama to the ground. Koiranaama escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Tohveli tries to clinch up but Koiranaama circles away and keeps his distance.
Tohveli misses with a combination
and Koiranaama counters with a stiff right hand.
It looks like Reino Tohveli has been cut.

Tohveli moves to clinch but Koiranaama breaks away
and Koiranaama counters with a crisp one two that drops Tohveli! Koiranaama thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Tohveli to his feet! Tohveli is in big trouble!
