Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Van Arson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sean ORiordan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Van Arson had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 266.7lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Arson decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
ORiordan is defending against the submission attempts here by Arson.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Arson is looking for a kimura but ORiordan is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Arson to get the leverage.
Arson is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and ORiordan defends it well.
ORiordan is not content to let Arson control the position.
ORiordan wants to get back to his feet.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if ORiordan can do anything to dispel that myth.

ORiordan wants to control but Arson is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Arson is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so ORiordan is just riding it out for now. Arson eventually gives up the hold.
Arson is working for a kimura here but ORiordan manages to reverse the position and he's now in Arson's guard.
Arson is breathing heavily.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
ORiordan wants to stand but Arson is controlling his posture from full guard.

Arson is trying to keep ORiordan in close.
ORiordan really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Arson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
ORiordan pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Arson is keeping the position for now.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
ORiordan trying to control the position from guard on top but Arson is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Van Arson dominated that round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
ORiordan scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
ORiordan lands a nice looking body shot.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
ORiordan moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
It looks like Van Arson has been cut.
ORiordan with a jab.
Arson has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
ORiordan ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Sean ORiordan is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
ORiordan scores with a jab.
ORiordan lands a nice hook to Arson's body. Arson takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
ORiordan closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Arson! ORiordan dives in looking to finish! Arson is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
