Legend kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Like a G6. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Legend walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Blake looks to score with a jab to the body but Legend is just out of range.
Legend shoots in but Blake avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Legend walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Blake checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Legend misses with a hook to the body
and Blake counters with a straight right hand.
A looping hook to the body misses from Blake. Legend does a little dance to reset his feet.
Blake looks to land a right hand but Legend moved out of range.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Legend shoots for a takedown but Blake saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Blake connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Blake is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Legend.

Legend closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Blake did well to prevent Legend getting side control.
