The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nepphur's jab looks to have found its range, popping Martello under the eye.
It looks like Max Martello has been cut.
No luck for Martello with that takedown attempt.
Nepphur displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Martello.
Martello is breathing heavily.
Nepphur with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Nepphur dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Nepphur clinches up with Martello and pushes him back against the cage.
Nepphur is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body.
Nepphur manages to break the clinch.
Martello takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Nepphur closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Martello! Nepphur dives in looking to finish! Martello is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
