The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sass moves in looking to clinch but Askew pushes him off.
Askew rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Sass moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Askew defending well as Sass loads up on a big left hand.
Askew is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Sass.

Nice takedown defense from Askew. No joy for Sass on that attempt.

Askew slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

It looks like Paul Sass has been cut.
Askew connects with a combination that backs up Sass into the cage. Askew lands a flurry of punches that gets past Sass's guard. Sass is down and the referee has seen enough. It is all over! Askew bursts into tears - this win obviously means a huge amount to him.
