Caerdinn is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Dr. Feelgood. Ronnie Echberg has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Caerdinn swats away the attempt to clinch by Echberg.
Echberg throws a head kick but Caerdinn moves out of range.
Echberg tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Caerdinn swivels and escapes.
Caerdinn misses with a jab, cross combination.
Echberg shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Echberg takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Caerdinn circles away from the clinch attempt.
Caerdinn keeps the fight on the outside.
Caerdinn catches Echberg with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Echberg tries for a takedown but Caerdinn sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Echberg throws a series of punches but Caerdinn avoids them all with ease.
Caerdinn scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

Caerdinn scores with a sloppy right hand. Echberg should have avoided that one.
Echberg has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Caerdinn finds it's way round the side to connect with Echberg's head.

Echberg closes the distance and clinches up with Caerdinn, looking for a takedown. Echberg pushes Caerdinn against the cage but Caerdinn circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Caerdinn stuffs the takedown attempt from Echberg. Echberg gets slowly back to his feet.
Ronnie Echberg seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Echberg rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Caerdinn counters with a right hand to the body.

Echberg has a takedown stuffed.
Caerdinn works over Echberg's head and body with a nice combination.
Caerdinn lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

Caerdinn lands a left and a right that sends Echberg crashing to the canvas! Caerdinn dives into mount looking to finish!
Oh Echberg is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Caerdinn fails to move to back control.
Caerdinn takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Echberg seems to have got his legs back now.
Echberg tries to lock up and control but Caerdinn gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Echberg on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Echberg tries to get out of the position.

Let's hope that Caerdinn has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Caerdinn swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Echberg is now in Caerdinn's guard. A big mistake from Caerdinn there, giving up the dominant position!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Caerdinn looking to hit a scissor sweep but Echberg is one step ahead there.
