Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Solomon Zook (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Felipe Moreira (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zook comes to the cage accompanied by God's Gonna Cut You Down. Moreira has chosen Samba de janeiro - bellini as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Zook rushes Moreira and presses him up against the cage.
With the fighters up against the cage, Zook throws an elbow but misses.

Moreira breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Moreira is defended easily by Zook.

Moreira shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Zook sprawls well. Zook wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Moreira gets slowly back to his feet.

That has opened up Felipe Moreira's cut even more.
Zook throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Moreira blocks it with crossed arms.
Moreira has Zook pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Zook manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Zook misses with an elbow strike.
Zook putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Moreira in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body.
Moreira tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Zook smiles and moves away.
Zook tries to close the distance and clinch but Moreira swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Zook blocks a head kick by Moreira.

Zook comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Zook lands an elbow inside that Moreira shrugs off.

The cut above Felipe Moreira's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

With the fighters up against the cage, Zook throws an elbow but misses.
Zook gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Moreira.
Moreira tries to pull guard but Zook holds him up against the cage and eventually Moreira drops back down to his feet.

Felipe Moreira's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
