The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Barca darts in and clinches Boxer Jr up against the cage.
Boxer Jr blocks an elbow strike from Barca.
Barca tries a knee to the head but Boxer Jr blocks it.
Barca misses with an elbow over the top.
Boxer Jr takes an elbow to the forehead.
Barca pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.
Boxer Jr blocks the elbow strike.
Barca slows down the pace here.
Boxer Jr blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Boxer Jr is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Barca is pressed up against the cage. Boxer Jr has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Barca down to the mat. Barca avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Barca throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Barca scores with a jab. Boxer Jr acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Barca uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Boxer Jr.

Barca drops Boxer Jr with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Boxer Jr looks back up at him and smiles so Barca waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Boxer Jr is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Boxer Jr displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Barca throws out the jab.
Boxer Jr is still on wobbly legs! Can Barca finish him?

Barca fakes the body blow, causing Boxer Jr to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Boxer Jr goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!
