The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Parenti shoots in looking for a takedown. Buckknuckle tries to sprawl out of it but Parenti keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Buckknuckle manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Buckknuckle misses with a looping right.
Parenti shoots in for a takedown but Buckknuckle shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Parenti gets the takedown into side control.
Buckknuckle manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Buckknuckle trying to control from the bottom.
Parenti prevents Buckknuckle from improving his position.
Buckknuckle gets full guard.
Parenti postures up in Buckknuckle's guard and throws a big left but Buckknuckle blocks it.
Buckknuckle looking to hit a scissor sweep but Parenti is one step ahead there.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Parenti content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.

Buckknuckle looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Parenti is defending well. Buckknuckle quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Parenti has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Buckknuckle celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
