The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Heat with a poor takedown
and Heat takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
It looks like Killer Heat has been cut.
That kick from Flintoff tenderised Heat's leg. Heat is trying to keep his angry face on.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Heat avoids a punch combination nicely.
Flintoff throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Heat.
Heat fails with the takedown
and Flintoff counters with a slapping leg kick.
Heat is breathing heavily.
Flintoff lands a leg kick that knocks Heat off balance momentarily.

The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Heat checks a leg kick.
Flintoff connects with a body shot that sends Heat's belly button to the back.

Flintoff tries to work over Heat's front leg with a kick but Heat checks it.
Flintoff connects with a solid leg kick.
Flintoff throws a chopping leg kick but Heat manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Flintoff throws a good cross that connects.
Freddie Flintoff is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Heat takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Flintoff lands with an overhand left.
Flintoff wobbles Heat with a right hand and the left hook that follows puts him on his rear! Flintoff dives in with a huge flying punch that connects right on the button and puts Heat to sleep! - What a violent and spectacular finish!
