Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mario Turk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tubby Hayes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Turk comes to the cage accompanied by Y'all must've forgot. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Hayes throws a hook but Turk blocks it.
Turk is looking to clinch but Hayes is avoiding it.
Hayes closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Hayes misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

A head kick from Turk lands but Hayes takes it in his stride.
Hayes moves out of range of the body kick from Turk.
Hayes takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Sloppy strikes from Hayes. Those never looked like landing.

Turk stuns Hayes with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

Turk is fighting off a takedown attempt but Hayes is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Turk to the mat. Turk regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Hayes is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Turk is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Turk has escaped and now he's on top!

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Turk engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
Turk wants to get up but he can't break Hayes's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

That was a close round but I would say that Mario Turk will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

and Hayes counters with a nice double leg into side control. Turk won't be happy with that.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Turk sneaks out the side door and pushes Hayes away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.

Mario Turk seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
