Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Speedy Montog (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Francisco (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, David Francisco!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Tiny Johnson and George Francis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Francisco shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Montog as he avoids it easily.
Montog avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Francisco dives in and grabs Montog's left leg, looking for a takedown. Montog pushes down on Francisco's head and hops out.
Francisco fails with an attempt to clinch.
Montog lands a jab to Francisco's midsection.
Francisco looks gassed!
Francisco throws a head kick but Montog moves out of range.
Francisco misses with a body kick.
Montog will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Montog feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Francisco sprawling to the canvas! Francisco rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Montog finish him?!

Francisco is rocked!

It looks like David Francisco has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Francisco backs away from a small jab...but Montog lunges forward with a huge superman punch! Francisco crumples to the ground as his mouth piece is sent flying! Montog with a spectacular finish!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Superman Punch). Speedy Montog!
