And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Robert Graham!
The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Alyssa Summers and Joseph Jones.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Graham avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Graham misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Graham misses with a takedown

so Wood counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Graham is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Wood is controlling him.
Graham trying to keep a closed guard but Wood is proving a slippery customer.
Wood tries to free his leg and advance position but Graham is retaining full guard.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Wood passes Graham's right leg, so he's now in half guard.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Wood lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Graham has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Graham and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Wood throws a chopping leg kick but Graham manages to avoid taking any serious damage.

Robert Graham is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Graham lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Wood circles away quickly and effectively.

Wood does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Wood uses his free foot to push down on Graham's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Graham.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Wood, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
