Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Hello Chippy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bobbie Rex Jr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bobbie Rex Jr will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chippy misses with a takedown attempt

and Rex Jr counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Rex Jr in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.

Chippy is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

Chippy looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Rex Jr avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Chippy thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Chippy trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Rex Jr is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Chippy drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Chippy seems to have locked his on tight now - Rex Jr screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Chippy, as he picks up the win!
