Bautista is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by The Time. jaddie sedfenor has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bautista shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. sedfenor eats them both and turns towards Bautista to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

It looks like jaddie sedfenor has been cut.
No luck for sedfenor with that takedown attempt.

sedfenor gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Bautista works over sedfenor with some ground and pound from guard.

Bautista drops back looking for a leg! sedfenor is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and sedfenor manages to kick Bautista off! Bautista jumps back into sedfenor's guard.

sedfenor stops Bautista from standing up.
sedfenor sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Bautista's guard.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. sedfenor connects with a nice short shot to Bautista's temple.
Bautista is trying to get back to full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Bautista looks gassed!

sedfenor is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Bautista doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time sedfenor.

Bautista pushes sedfenor off and gets back to his feet.

sedfenor had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Bautista defends it easily.

sedfenor is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
sedfenor seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Bautista does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

sedfenor is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

sedfenor is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Bautista is just riding it out for now. sedfenor eventually gives up the hold.
