Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kon Kastas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shane Williams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Shane Williams was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Kon Kastas!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
12 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Shane Williams!
The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Bruno Hogan and Steve Erwin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kastas misses with a takedown
and Williams counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Williams won't allow Kastas to sweep him here.
Williams loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Kastas is working an open guard so Williams takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Williams throws a left that rocks Kastas and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! Williams dives into side control, looking to finish! Can Kastas regain composure!
Kastas is rocked!
It looks like Kon Kastas has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Williams stands up and beckons Kastas to his feet.
Oh Kastas is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Kastas gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Williams would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Kastas seems to have got his legs back now.
Williams gets to his feet - Kastas follows without any prompting.
Williams has taken the fight to the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Kastas drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Williams avoiding damage as Kastas throws knees to the body.
Williams jumps into guard, dragging Kastas to the mat.
Williams uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Kastas fails with the takedown
and Williams counters with a beautiful punch that sends Kastas to the canvas!
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kon Kastas. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Kastas is breathing heavily.
Williams trying to stand up but can't free himself from Kastas's guard.
Williams wants to control from the top but Kastas keeps moving.
Williams stands and steps away. Kastas gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Williams drops Kastas with a left and a right! Oh, Kastas is hurt - Williams dives into side control looking to finish!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Williams takes a little break here. Kastas wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Williams decides to stand back up.
Kastas is starting to get sloppy and is letting his hands down. Williams just took advantage and landed a stinging jab. Oh! And now a right hook, right on the button! Kastas has gone limp, and this one is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Shane Williams!
