Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Darth Nihilist (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Urijah Faber (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Faber is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Ludacris - Act A Fool. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nihilist feints and as Faber raises his hands in defense, Nihilist changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Nihilist tries to free his leg and advance position but Faber is retaining full guard.
Faber is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Nihilist with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Faber keeping full guard, as Nihilist tries to pass.
Nihilist has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Faber is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Nihilist tries to free his leg and advance position but Faber is retaining full guard.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Nihilist postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Faber is controlling Nihilist's posture.
OK we're going to have a standup here. Urijah Faber hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Faber gets caught flat footed, as Nihilist shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Nihilist trying to control but Faber is working from the bottom.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Nihilist accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Nihilist dances in with a quick combination. Faber is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Nihilist snaps Faber's head back. Faber stumbles backwards against the ropes. Nihilist steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Faber's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Faber just didn't come prepared.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Darth Nihilist!
