Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Stanley Ipkis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Klaus Vandershultz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Klaus Vandershultz!
The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Radbod Blank and Aafke Stam.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vandershultz pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Ipkis throws a leg kick but Vandershultz sees it coming and moves out of range.

Vandershultz drives through and clinches with Ipkis against the cage.
Vandershultz is trying to push Ipkis away but Ipkis has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Ipkis looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.

Ipkis breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Vandershultz fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Ipkis closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Vandershultz tries a head kick but it misses.
Ipkis pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Vandershultz back to the cage. Ipkis follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Ipkis is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Vandershultz sees it coming and defends easily.

Ipkis is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Vandershultz is just riding it out for now. Ipkis eventually gives up the hold.

Ipkis can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Vandershultz is looking to escape.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Ipkis lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Vandershultz seems to have recovered his senses.
Ipkis can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Vandershultz is looking to escape.
Ipkis postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Vandershultz looks a forlorn figure.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Vandershultz is in a horrible position here. Ipkis smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Ipkis sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Ipkis drops Vandershultz with a beautiful combination! Vandershultz stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Ipkis is looking for the KO!


It looks like Klaus Vandershultz has been cut.
Ipkis lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Vandershultz can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Ipkis and Vandershultz drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Ipkis.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:17 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Stanley Ipkis!
