Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Lou da Vinci and Jonathan Paton.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marker swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Hogg counters with a straight right hand.
Marker throws a predictable looking body shot
and Hogg counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Marker looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Hogg misses with a double jab
and Hogg takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hogg throws a looping overhand right but Marker ducks down to avoid it.

and Hogg counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.

and Hogg counters with a body kick that stops Marker in his tracks momentarily.
Marker keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Marker has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Hogg.

and Hogg counters with a single leg into guard. Marker didn't expect that.
Hogg gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Marker throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Hogg sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Hogg takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Marker rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Marker takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
That kick from Hogg tenderised Marker's leg. Marker is trying to keep his angry face on.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

A telegraphed right hand from Marker misses the target.
Hogg closes this distance looking for a takedown but Marker circles away.
Marker jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Hogg misses with a body kick.
Hogg shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Marker as he avoids it easily.

Hogg throws a poor cross that misses
and Marker connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Marker throws a body punch but Hogg moves out of range.
Marker throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Josh Marker will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

Marker is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Hogg.
Hogg ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Marker moves away.

Hogg throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Marker's waist but Marker gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Hogg off to one side.
Hogg throws a series of punches but Marker avoids them all with ease.

Marker takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Hogg avoids the body shot from Marker.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Hogg is trying hard to land a takedown here. Marker sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Josh Marker has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tommy Hogg.
Hogg throws a right and a left that both miss.
Marker ducks under a wild hook from Hogg.
Hogg scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Marker pushes Hogg off looking to stand but Hogg dives back in and keeps control.

Tommy Hogg comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Hogg has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
