The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Edson Gomes and Leandro Rodrigues.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
kurdupoy scores with a takedown into Jobber xXx's guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
kurdupoy seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
kurdupoy stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Jobber xXx swivels though and keeps the full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

It looks like xXx Jobber xXx has been cut.
kurdupoy tries to clinch up but Jobber xXx circles away and keeps his distance.
kurdupoy shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Jobber xXx's guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
kurdupoy stands up from guard. Let's bang!
Jobber xXx gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! kurdupoy gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Jobber xXx is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
