Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between John Franklin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aaron McSlugg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Franklin comes to the cage accompanied by Bring Da Ruckus. McSlugg has chosen mcslugg custom anthem.... as his entrance music. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McSlugg takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Franklin throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around McSlugg's waist but McSlugg gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Franklin off to one side.
Franklin rushes in with a sloppy looking punch

and McSlugg counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Franklin controlling the position for now.
Franklin wants to improve his position but McSlugg is controlling well.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Franklin is on top in guard.
Franklin stands up over McSlugg, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
