Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Karate Kid (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dace Javis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kid comes to the cage accompanied by Go to sleep. Javis has chosen Highwayman as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Daniel Franklin and Stewart Dunkirk.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kid swings for the body but Javis moves out of range.
Javis lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Kid has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Kid there as he acknowledges the shot.
Kid throws out a powerful jab.
Kid takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

and Javis counters with a shoot takedown. Kid fights it but they end up in guard.

Kid is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

Kid lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Javis circles away quickly and effectively.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Javis, as that shot connected.

Horrible takedown by Kid or perhaps it was just good defense by Javis which made him look bad.

Kid fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Javis sprawls well initially but Kid persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
