Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bilo Wex (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nolan Shurygalo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Shurygalo has chosen White Trash Party as his entrance music. Nolan Shurygalo acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shurygalo takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.

It looks like Nolan Shurygalo has been cut.

Wex lands a left and a right that send Shurygalo crashing to the mat, dazed. Wex thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Shurygalo is rocked!

Wex throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Shurygalo is still on wobbly legs! Can Wex finish him?
Wex misses the body punch
and Shurygalo counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Wex throws a lazy uppercut
and Shurygalo connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Shurygalo seems to have recovered his senses.

Shurygalo closes the distance and clinches.
A battle for position here, against the cage.
Wex lands a left hand.
Shurygalo is pushing Wex up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
A frustrated look appears on Shurygalo's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Wex is trying to push Shurygalo away but Shurygalo has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Shurygalo stalling in the clinch but Wex improves position.

Shurygalo lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Wex backwards.

Shurygalo's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Wex rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Shurygalo counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

and Shurygalo connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

and Shurygalo counters into the clinch. Nicely done.

Shurygalo manages to break the clinch.
Shurygalo tries to clinch but Wex is having none of it.
Wex scores with a body shot.

Shurygalo lands a nice shot that snaps Wex's head back.
Wex connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.

That has opened up Nolan Shurygalo's cut even more.
Wex throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Shurygalo counters with a nice uppercut.

and Shurygalo holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Shurygalo leaning his opponent against the cage.
Wex trying to control the position but instead, Shurygalo has worked for underhooks and has pushed Wex into the cage.
Shurygalo stalling in the clinch.
Shurygalo receives a warning from the referee for stalling.
Wex misses with the head strike.
Shurygalo is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.

Shurygalo breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Wex misses with a looping right.
Wex throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Shurygalo tries to clinch but Wex moves away
and Wex counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
A jab from Wex does it's job there.

Shurygalo closes the distance looking to clinch
and Wex scores with a counter punch that sends Shurygalo to the canvas! Wex smells blood - he's punishing Shurygalo with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Shurygalo has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:07 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bilo Wex!
