The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ruska takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Anaconda takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Ruska throws a poor cross that misses
and Anaconda cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Anaconda connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.

Ruska moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Anaconda falls off balance throwing a combination
and Ruska counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Anaconda throws a left and a right that both miss
and Ruska counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Anaconda takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Ruska throws a poor cross that misses
and Anaconda connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Anaconda is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.

Ruska is really struggling to find his range with his punches. Anaconda's reach advantage is clearly causing him problems.
Ruska throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Anaconda sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Anaconda connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Ruska's hands.
Anaconda feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Ruskas jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Ruska throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Anaconda counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Artum Ruska seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A slow jab from Anaconda misses its intended target.

enabling Anaconda to counter with a crisp jab.
Anaconda might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
Anaconda ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
