Case's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Aki & Turo - Mahtisonni. Ma Chao is staring across the ring at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ma Chao!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Robert Douchet and Elvis Blanc.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chao takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Case throws an off balance right hand
and Chao counters with a stiff right hand.


It looks like Justin Case has been cut.
Chao misses with a right hand
letting Case counter with a right hand.
Case tries to clinch but Chao is having none of it.
Chao misses with a left hand

and Case counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Chao!
Case tries to control but Chao wriggling away.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

The referee warns Chao that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

Chao's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.

Chao is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Case throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Chao because Case loaded up on that one.
Case has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Chao can do anything to dispel that myth.

Case postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Chao looks a forlorn figure.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Chao cracks Case with an uppercut from hell and Case crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Chao's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!

Case bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Chao's guard.

Chao really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Case. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

That was a close second round but I would say that Justin Case will probably get the nod.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!


Case slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Justin Case seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Chao throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Case.
Case shoots in looking for a takedown. Chao tries to sprawl out of it but Case keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the ropes. Chao manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Chao blocks a jab.
Chao catches Case with a right, a left, a right. It's raining punches and Case forgot an umbrella! Another punch and he's down. This one is over!
