The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Watson on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Mcarthy throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Mcarthy clobbers Watson with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
The fight stays on the outside here - Watson looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
No luck for Watson with that takedown attempt.
Mcarthy takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Watson cracks Mcarthy with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

Watson looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Mcarthy!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Watson lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Watson postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Mcarthy badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Watson around the waist but Watson pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Watson is the winner by TKO! Watson jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
