The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McGuire ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Jake McGuire seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Moody dodges the punch combination from McGuire.
Moody throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
McGuire avoids the body shot from Moody.
McGuire displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Moody.
Moody fails with an attempt to clinch.
Moody lands a nice shot that snaps McGuire's head back.
McGuire throws a right and a left that both miss.
McGuire jabs Moody right on the nose. Moody blinks but takes it well.
McGuire connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Moody momentarily.
Moody tries to clinch up.
Moody throws a hook but McGuire avoids it easily.
Moody takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Moody is rocked!
McGuire fakes the body blow, causing Moody to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Moody goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!
