Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between El Raton Vaquero (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Spazzy Magee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 5 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Spazzy Magee!
The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Igor Prikhodko and Dmitry Maklakov.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Magee gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Vaquero to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Magee pulls Vaquero in close to prevent any damage.
Vaquero trying to control the position from guard on top but Magee is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Vaquero stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Magee swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Vaquero trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Magee manages to land a sweep and now he's on top!

Vaquero is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.

Vaquero has his foot on Magee's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Magee works his way back into a safe position though.

Magee got a little sloppy there for a moment and Vaquero has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Magee has managed to get both his arms back between Vaquero's legs - danger averted.
Vaquero is trying to control the position from the bottom.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Vaquero holds on and takes a little breather.
Magee would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Magee controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Vaquero is trying to control the position but Magee postures up.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of El Raton Vaquero.
Magee misses with a two punch combination.
Magee throws a right and a left that both miss.
Magee throws an ugly left hook that misses

and Vaquero counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Magee!

Magee tries to reverse the position but Vaquero maintains control.

Vaquero looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.

Magee tries to buck Vaquero off but Vaquero takes his back!

Vaquero working for the rear naked choke here. He's got one arm under but Magee is defending well. A couple of punches soften him up though and Vaquero has tightened the hold! This one could be all over! It is! Magee taps out!
