Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
16 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Khun Rayn!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
16 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Esko Morko!
The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Hirohito Nitta and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rayn swats away the attempt to clinch by Morko.
A head kick by Rayn misses
and Morko counters with a left and a right that stings Rayn.
Morko takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Rayn throws a leg kick
and Morko counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
It looks like Khun Rayn has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Morko slips under a jab from Rayn.
Morko drops his hands momentarily and Rayn takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Khun Rayn seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Morko misses with a takedown attempt - Rayn sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Morko blocks a head kick by Rayn.
Morko misses with a jab to the body
enabling Rayn to counter with a crisp jab.
Rayn throws the kick towards the body but Morko avoids it.
Rayn lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Rayn misses with a body kick.
Morko moves out of range of the body kick.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Morko takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Morko fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Rayn has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Rayn throws a body kick, spinning off balance
letting Morko counter with a right hand.

and Morko counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Rayn fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Morko is out of range.
Morko checks a leg kick.
Rayn throws a body kick the misses
and Morko counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Rayn is breathing heavily.
Rayn misses with a right hand
and Morko makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Rayn really felt that one!
Morko fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Morko swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Rayn.
Morko throws a quick inside leg kick.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Morko ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Rayn on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Morko. Morko obviously looking to wear him down.
Morko doesn't manage to clinch there - Rayn circles away.
Morko scores with a jab to the head.
Khun Rayn's cut is getting worse.
Rayn throws a left and a right that both miss
and Morko counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Morko lands a jab to the head.
Morko paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Morko lands a nice leg kick that just misses Rayn's sensitive parts.
Morko throws a chopping leg kick but Rayn manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Morko misses with a body kick.
Morko lands a big head kick that sends Rayn tumbling to the mat! Morko takes a step backwards and waves Rayn back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Morko shakes his hands by his side, trying to relax. Rayn takes his eyes off the ball for a moment - Morko sees the opportunity and cracks him with a massive hook! Rayn bends double and collapses on top of himself - he's out! The crowd are going absolutely nuts! Wow, what a knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:04 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Esko Morko!
