The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Leandro Rodrigues and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hatcher tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Parisyan was well out of range. Poor timing from Hatcher.
Hatcher looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Hatcher lands a head kick. Parisyan smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
It looks like Pharoah Parisyan has been cut.
Hatcher pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Hatcher throws a sloppy head kick and Parisyan moves out of range easily.
Hatcher throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Parisyan blocks a head kick by Hatcher.
Parisyan scores with a hook to the body. Hatcher takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Parisyan misses with a jab, cross combination.
Hatcher misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Hatcher takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Hatcher lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Good exchange - Hatcher coming out on top.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Hatcher avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Hatcher looks to clinch
enabling Parisyan to counter with a crisp jab.
Parisyan throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Hatcher stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Hatcher wants to land a leg kick but Parisyan is out of range.
Parisyan scores with a sloppy right hand. Hatcher should have avoided that one.
Parisyan thuds his right hand into Hatcher's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Hatcher throws a lazy uppercut
and Parisyan counters with a straight right hand.
Ryan Hatcher seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Parisyan throws the left hand but Hatcher avoids the punch easily.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Hatcher takes a swing at Parisyan's ribcage but misses.
Hatcher moves to clinch but Parisyan breaks away
and Parisyan counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Parisyan passes the guard and advances to mount!
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Parisyan looking to finish here with some ground and pound. He lands one big shot that has Hatcher covering up... and two more big strikes land, forcing the referee to step in and put and end to proceedings! This fight is all over!
