Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Safet Susic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vitor Roque (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Roque comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Parangolé - Balacobaco kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Susic closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Roque quickly recovers to half guard.
Roque makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Roque.
Roque is trying to keep Susic in close.

Roque working for a triangle but Susic defends it easily.

Roque looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Susic sitting in guard here, content to control.
Susic advances position into side control!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Roque is looking to reverse the position.
Roque is trying to control Susic's posture but Susic avoids it.
Roque looking for a sweep but Susic has passed into full mount! Oh no!
Susic prevents Roque from getting the reversal.
Roque looks gassed!

Susic is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Roque is surviving well by controlling Susic's body position as best he can.

Roque has left one of his arms exposed and Susic doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Roque screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
