Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Neno Pires (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Roye Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pires shoots in but Jackson avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Pires really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Pires shoots for a double leg takedown but Jackson sprawls well. He's pushed Pires's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Pires has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Jackson is trying to keep an underhook but Pires manages to get the takedown into half guard.

Jackson is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Pires is staying active.

Jackson has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Pires. Oh but Jackson has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Pires goes limp - he's gone! Jackson jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
