Almeida comes to the cage accompanied by Vater Unser. Almeida is coming into this fight with a significant injury, which will no doubt have an effect on his cardio. Uasay Almeida has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Little fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Almeida, pushing him back against the cage.
Almeida is breathing heavily.

Little manages to pull guard.
Little bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Almeida's guard.
Little throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.

Little has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Almeida's face.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
