Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between AXEL WHEELER (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gryphon Andersoon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). WHEELER's entrance music is If you want blood(You got it) by AC/DC. A fine choice. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
WHEELER tries to clinch up

and Andersoon decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in WHEELER's guard.
WHEELER on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if WHEELER tries to get out of the position.
WHEELER wants to stand and escape but Andersoon is having none of it.
WHEELER trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.

WHEELER pushes Andersoon off and scrambles back to his feet.
WHEELER throws a sloppy body shot

and Andersoon counters with a nice double leg into side control. WHEELER won't be happy with that.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Andersoon prevents WHEELER from escaping the position.
WHEELER really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Andersoon decides to stand up, so the ref orders WHEELER to his feet.
WHEELER tries to clinch but Andersoon moves away

and Andersoon counters with a takedown into side control.
WHEELER is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Andersoon has just dragged him back down to the mat.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Andersoon decides to take the fight back to the feet.
Andersoon lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
WHEELER is breathing heavily.
Andersoon throws a head kick that misses.

Andersoon cracks WHEELER with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! WHEELER looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Andersoon finish him?

It looks like AXEL WHEELER has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Andersoon tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Andersoon lands a big head kick that sends WHEELER to the canvas! Andersoon follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!
