PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Ummer Iqbal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jake Shields (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Iqbal comes into the arena with Run This Town blaring out of the sound system. Shields has chosen Take your shirt off as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shields fails in his attempt to clinch.

Iqbal feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Shields sprawling to the canvas! Shields rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Iqbal finish him?!

Shields is rocked!
Iqbal and Shields are patiently standing in front of each other looking for an opening. Iqbal throws a head kick. It's landed, knocking Shields into next week! Ooooh that was huge! Iqbal knows it - he's on the cage flexing is biceps. That's a bit weird considering he won by kick but whatever.
