The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Milani misses with a two punch combination.
Watanabe circles away from the clinch attempt
and Watanabe counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

It looks like Mauricio Milani has been cut.
Watanabe connects with a looping right hand.
Nice body punch from Watanabe.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Milani falls off balance throwing a combination
and Watanabe counters with a nice uppercut.
Milani misses with a left hand

and Watanabe counters with a crisp right hand that drops Milani! Watanabe lets Milani back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
Milani looks gassed!

Watanabe darts in and clinches Milani up against the cage.
A right hook to the body lands for Watanabe.
Knees to the body from Watanabe.
Watanabe lands an elbow that stopped Milani in his tracks for a moment.

That has opened up Mauricio Milani's cut even more.
Watanabe lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.

Milani is rocked!

The cut above Mauricio Milani's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Watanabe has Milani pressed against the cage. He pushes Milani back and as he springs towards him off the cage, Watanabe throws a beautiful elbow that sends Milani crashing to the floor! Watanabe piles on the pressure with more strikes! Milani is flailing away but he's not defending himself and the referee steps in to stop the fight!
