The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ford shoots in and drives through. Shagrath sprawls well.
Ford displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Shagrath throws out the jab.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Ford.
Shagrath swats away the attempt to clinch by Ford.
Ford fails to land the takedown.
Ihsan Shagrath has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Marcellus Ford.
The fight stays on the outside here - Ford looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Shagrath pushes Ford back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
