Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Chip Freedom (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kichiro Kaneko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Freedom's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Star Spangled Banner. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Freedom swings widly with a right hand
and Kaneko counters with a nice uppercut.
Kaneko takes a swing at Freedom's ribcage but misses.
Freedom throws a sloppy head kick and Kaneko moves out of range easily.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Kaneko checks a leg kick.
