The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pierre throws the left hand but Hich avoids the punch easily.
Hich takes one on the button.

It looks like Jon Hich has been cut.
Pierre throws a series of strikes that have Hich backpedaling.
Pierre's corner calls for a 1-2. Pierre obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Pierre lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Pierre.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Hich uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Pierre.

Hich shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Hich connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Pierre momentarily.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Hich is defended easily by Pierre.
Pierre looks to throw the jab but Hich is out of range.
Hich avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
A combination from Pierre does no damage.
Hich shoots for a takedown but Pierre saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Hich is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Pierre.
Pierre scores with the left hand. Hich knows he should have avoided that one.

Pierre stuffs the takedown attempt from Hich. Hich gets slowly back to his feet.
